Sonam Kapoor Weight Loss Diet Plan:
Sonam’s weight loss program guide was no one else but her mother. To bring her weight down Sonam’s mom kept her off chocolates, ice creams, and junk foods and fried items, and was also told to avoid sugar and salt for quite some time.
For her weight loss, she was restricted to the following diet, which not just brought her weight down, but also helped her to keep a watch on the calorie intake.
- Sonam sipped lukewarm water and honey as soon she gets up.
- Has Oatmeal
- Toast, omelet and,
- Fresh fruits in her breakfast.
Pre/Post Workout Diet:
- Before her workout she had Protein shake with 1 small banana.
- And Juice with brown bread and egg whites after her workout session.
Her lunch mainly had:
- Dressed salad
- 2 chapattis
- Curd and fruits
- Lemon Iced/Green Tea with few egg whites.

Sonam advises to have dinner and as soon as possible and at least 2-3 hrs before bed. Also, dinner should be low in calories.
