    Priya, growth of height depends 90% on genes, and rst is upto us. Though you might have heard that height increases till the age of 18, but you can still increase it by streching exercises, by hanging on a bar–very effective, and by yoga streching techniques which have proven results. I will soon add an article on ways to increase height specially for you 🙂
