Reggie Bush Workout Routine:
Reggie Bush suffered a knee injury in 2007 which took him a lot of time to recover. He worked with professional trainer Travelle Gaines. Gaines’ resistance training helped him improve body control and helped him to overcome tacklers.
Reggie then started on the Fre Flo Do training program, in which all exercises took place on a launchpad, an exercise equipment created by Kappel LeRoy Clarke. It is a challenging exercise which helps athletes to improve focus, equilibrium, agility, strength, co-ordination etc to remain active in unfamiliar situations.
According to Reggie:
My main motivation is to bounce back harder and stronger than ever before. That’s my job; that’s what I do. I play football. And when I’m done with this game, I want to be known as one of the best who ever played this position
The primary objective of this exercise is to make the pads on the feet of the athletes land on the launch pad rather than the heel. Although this does not help in any strength building or training it helps athletes prevent injury.
