Kim Kardashian, the name says it all, her popularity has increased day by day because of her adorable body especially after the leak of the clip with singer Ray J, in 2007. Kardashian has a smashing curvy body for which she does a lot of exercises and, follows a strict diet plan to maintain and flaunt her curves proudly. Unlike other Celebs, she doesn’t go in and out of her diet regime for different looks in movies or shoots, rather she follows a fixed diet plan and has been sticking to it with lots of sacrifices and, the result can be seen by the world i.e. her perfect figure and, not to forget the wonderful eye-catching back-side.
Like all of us, Kim Kardashian loved to eat junk food but, had to change herself completely to lower her weight down to almost 107 Lbs. Kim’s height is 5 ft 2 inches and her body measurements are 34-26-39. But the real prize is that 39 inches buttocks which she carries off well.
Kim Kardashian Diet Before Weight Loss:
Earlier Kim used to eat a little extra calories diet, which of course had to be changed for weight loss and getting into shape. The diet of Kim before her weight loss mostly included:
- White chocolate mocha with lots of cream in Breakfast
- Salad, Walnuts, choco chip cookies, diet coke in Lunch.
- A Cupcake as snacks.
- Pasta, Chicken, Cookies, and dessert for Dinner.
Kim Kardashian Diet Plan:
Kim’s diet is too simple and can be followed by anyone. Just stay away from fast food and limit yourself to 1500 calories a day.
The diet plan which she is actually sticking to at present, and was responsible for bringing her weight down is as follows:
- Scrambled eggs whites with low-fat cheese.
- 2 bananas or any fruit.
- Bananas with peanut butter
- Protein shake
- Peanut Butter
- Brown Rice and,
- green tea before sleep.
My advice to Kim:- Do whatever you want, but don’t lose that booty !!
