Jessica Alba is said to check the carbs in her meal and does not include bread and desserts in her diet. She very well knows to keep her eating habits under control, but is sometimes lenient and eats what she want to.
She follows a South Beach style diet, which includes, whole-grains lean meat and cheese.
Jessica Alba Diet Plan:
- 4 scrambled eggs and,
- Oatmeal with berries
- Dressed Salad with,
- 4 ounces of chicken
- 5 ounces of petit beef
- Lean protein source with vegetables and,
- 2 small potatoes.
