Brock Lesnar is former WWE superstar, who had a powerful and scary body. He was born July 12, 1977 in Webster, South Dakota. He is former 3-time WWE champion and current UFC Heavyweight Champion. Brock Lesnar is 6ft. 3″ tall. and weighs 276 lbs. But his body is more swift than athletes 100 pounds lighter. So check out his workout plan and videos:

DAY 1 –MONDAY:


  • Bench Press : 6 sets, 12 repetitions.
  • Dumbbell Fly : 4 sets, 8 reps.
  • Dumbbell Press : 4 sets, 6 reps.
  • Cable Crossover : 3 sets, 8 reps.
  • Chest Dips : 4 sets, 8-10 reps.
  • Pressdown : 4 sets, 6-8 reps.
  • Flat Triceps Extension :3 sets, 10 repetitions.

  • Pull Ups : 4 sets, 6 repetitions.
  • Pull Downs : 4 sets, 6 reps.
  • Seated Cable rowing : 4 sets, 6 reps.
  • Leg deadLift : 6 sets, 12 reps.
  • Preacher (e-z bar) : 3 sets, 12 reps.
  • Dumbbell Curls : 3 sets, 12 reps
  • Hammer Curls : 3 sets, 12 repetitions

  • REST DAY

 

DAY 4 –THURSDAY:

 

  • Dumbbell Front raises : 3 sets, 12 repetitions.
  • Dumbbell lateral Raises : 3 sets, 12 reps.
  • Upright Row : 4 sets, 6 reps.
  • Dumbbel Presses : 4 sets, 6 reps.
  • Barbbell Presses : 6 sets, 12 reps.
  • Shrugs : 4 sets, 15 repetitions.

  • Leg Extensions : 3 sets, 12 repetitions
  • Leg Curl : 3 sets, 12 reps
  • Squats (close-stance, med-stance and wide-stance) : 4 sets  ,6 reps
  • Leg Presses : 6 sets, 6 repetitions.

 

DAY 6 –SATURDAY:

 

  • REST DAY
